I’m Taking on the Muck Challenge… Reluctantly!
As the CEO of Epilepsy ACT, I see every day the impact that epilepsy has on individuals and families in our community. That’s why I’m taking part in Make March Purple for Epilepsy — even though this particular challenge is well outside my comfort zone.
Here’s the deal: I will only Get Mucked if I raise $1,000 or more.
Full disclosure… I really hate muck. I’ve never done this challenge before and, truthfully, I’ve been putting it off. I find it hard to be dirty, and the idea of standing still while someone pours muck all over me is something I would normally do anything to avoid 😬
But supporting people living with epilepsy is something I will never avoid.
If (or when!) I hit the $1,000 target, I’ll be getting well and truly mucked at the Make March Purple Community Event on Sunday 29 March, 11:00am – 2:00pm, at Poppyfield Commons (formerly Dickson Garden Centre), thanks to the generous support of The Tradies, Dickson.
If you’d like to help me face my fears for a great cause — and support the vital work Epilepsy ACT does across the ACT — I’d be incredibly grateful for your donation. Every dollar gets us closer… and every dollar gets me closer to the muck! 💜
Thank you for supporting Epilepsy ACT.
